I will be sending photos or videos of the items before and after packing. If the items are out of my hands, I am no longer responsible if they get lost or damaged.– Always do an unboxing video to serve as proof if you ever claim a refund. The video should start with the parcel being unpacked. There should be no cut in the video. A refund can be issued if the item has major damage/s that I have failed to disclose.
